I got this recipe from a recipe exchange from my friend Melissa. I am making this for Thanksgiving at my parent's house.
Corn Casserole
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix all together and bake in a 9x13cake pan for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
