This is the season for Pecan pie. This is by far my favorite recipe.
Ingredient's:
9 inch pie crust
1c. white corn syrup
1c. dark brown sugar
1/3 tsp. Salt
1/3c. melted butter
1tsp. vanilla
3 Whole egg's ( beaten)
1c. shelled pecan's
1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chip's ( optional)
Direction's:
Preheat oven to 350 degree's. Add pecan's ( and optional chocolate chip's) to unbaked pie shell. Mix syrup, sugar,salt butter and vanilla. Add egg's and pour over nut's. Bake for 45 min.
Looks great. Pecan pie is a dangerous one for me because I like it so much!
